Chinese Five Spice Powder

Description

Such a versatile spice for Chinese cooking aswell as adding a zing to other dishes. We love a sprinkle of Chinese Five Spice in our baking. Traditionally, the five spices represent the five elements of Chinese but for a really great seasoning like you see here, you will actually use seven spices!

1⁄2 teaspoon
ground cloves
1⁄2 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
