4 exercises, 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off 4 minutes.
Exercise 1: Burpees – wondering what a burpee is, check out the video I’m in above (if anyone really thinks that’s me, I’ll eat this laptop) – Ed
Exercise 2: High knees
Exercise 3: Squat jumps
Exercise 4: Mountain Climbers
So, you’ll do 20 seconds of burpees, rest for 10 seconds, 20 seconds of high knees, rest for 10, 20 seconds squat jumps, rest 10, 20 seconds mountain climbers, rest 10. Start all over again, repeat one more time.
The key…these exercises need to be done at near max effort, so no lolly-gaggin’…yup, I just said that
